Repository
Lunr uses repositories to separate and secure content within a tenant, while allowing administrators to configure repository-specific settings such as drafting packs, renditions, groups, tags, lookup lists, templates, and import/export templates.
Overview
Multiple Repositories can be configured in a single Lunr tenant where it is required for security or data separation.
To the end user, a repository is a standalone instance of Lunr, although some users can be granted access to more than one repository.
Clicking a repository name will display its configuration options.
Drafting Packs
The Drafting Packs tab will allow you to configure the drafting pack that is available withing DCRs for users to download, click on the Drafting Pack to configure or click create drafting pack to create a new one.
Renditions
The Renditions tab allows you to configure the default rendition settings for content generation.
Groups
The Groups tab allows you to configure the user groups associated with the repository, click Add group to create a new group linked directly to this repository.
Lookup Lists
The Lookup Lists tab allows you to configure Lookup lists associated with the repository. You can create a new lookup list for this repository by clicking on Add Lookup List. The check boxes beside the list names will allow you to enable/disable lookup lists on the repository.
Tags
The Tags tab allows you to modify tags in the repository, the check boxes beside the tag names will allow you to enable/disable lookup lists on the repository.
Tag Order
The Tag Order tab will allow you to modify the order that tags are displayed on both the Preview view and Grid view in the repository. You can Add/Remove tags and drag them into position. Use the Save Order button in the top corner when finished.
Templates
The Templates tab will allow you to select the templates that are viewable for each repository.
Import/Export
The Import/Export tab will allow you to select the import and export templates that are viewable for each repository.
General Settings
Organisation-wide configuration options that control core Lunr behaviour, including site defaults, content generation, PDF stamping, user management, search, workflows, notifications, and document-related settings.
Audit Trail and Logging
A complete, immutable record of document, workflow, project, email, and system activities, enabling administrators to trace actions, support compliance, and review the full history of changes and communications across Lunr.
